Job Description
? Works with Injection Molding Process Technicians and Mechanics to ensure injection
machines are optimized.
? Assists in creating, monitoring, updating and documenting injection machine processes.
? Analyzes and implements strategies to reduce injection machine downtime and spoilage.
? Drives to resolve any repeat machine/process problems.
? Involved in the machine Planned Maintenance process by assisting in troubleshooting and
finding root causes for machine related issues to be corrected during PM's.
? Communicates problems and corrective action with process engineer and shift supervisor.
? Initiates safety initiatives within the department and is consistently involved in hazard
analysis and corrective actions.
? Promotes housekeeping to ensure all areas and clean and safe
? Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
# Job Requirements
? 5 +Years as Process Technician in Injection Molding
? Ability to work overtime as necessary.
? Ability to train, coach and mentor others.
? Ability to set and remove molds.
?
Benefits : Medical (paid for employee 100% by the company), dental, vision, life insurance &
401K matching. One (1) Week vacation after a year and 2 weeks? vacation after 2 years. Nine (9)
paid scheduled holidays.
Full-time, Monday Friday. Weekends as needed.
Currently we looking to hire a process technician on 3 rd shift (11pm-7am).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
