Area Coordinator, OR1 - West

The Area Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Area Manager, OR1 Field Operations. This position is accountable for providing proficient and responsive operational statistics including effective follow-up and response to both external and internal customers, coordination of the project installation phasing including equipment coordination and tracking of project issues.
Provides communication and support to Area Manager, OR1 Field Operations, Managers of Field Operations, Project Managers, and field-based Technicians
Facilitates the Change Order Process via SAP
Assists Managers, OR1 Field Operations with Kronos timekeeping for field-based Technicians; prepares timecards for Payroll processing
Organizes meetings, conference calls and travel requests
Serves as communication conduit for both internal and external customers
Manages various reports (revenue, installation, project schedules, change orders, parts requests)
Processes equipment/parts requests before and during ongoing installations; coordinates with Managers of Field Operations/Project Managers to ensure project readiness
Provides communication and support to OR1 field personnel: Managers OR1 Field Operations, field-based teams
Coordinates materials and information for each project
Gathers metrics and other data in SAP for presentation to Executive Director
Participates in month-end activities (closing out projects for billing and reconciling company credit card for travel and expense)
Reviews and approves office supply orders and purchase requisitions
Provide clerical support including taking minutes for meetings
Special projects as assigned by Area Manager, OR1 Field Operations
Provide backup support for Area Coordinators and Service Coordinators
Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications
High school diploma or (GED), Associates degree preferred and three-five years related clerical experience and/or training
Proficiency in SAP preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
