Order Services Supervisor- Must have Syteline

The Department Supervisor plays a critical role in our company's success. Utilize your strong leadership and communication skills in the development, training and mentoring of the Order Processing team members to achieve department objectives. Experience in working with customers in a manufacturing/ service environment; Domestic and International experience a plus. Build customer relationships as well as support our technical services people.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Syteline and Microsoft Office. Good communication skills both verbal and written; must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills, works well with others, able to multitask assigned duties. Process orders, prepares quotes via phone, email, for a variety of machines, reviews large contracts submitted before orders are placed in the system.

Qualifications:
--2+ years of supervisory experience in an order processing center
--2+ years experience using Syteline Accounting Software
--Take pride in delivering excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers.
--Ability to plan, organize and manage projects and set priorities.
--Knowledgeable of various freight forwarders
--Order entry experience associated with ordering and shipping parts
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--Some college, degree preferred,

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
