Lean Process Engineer (2014857)

Our Stafford facility is expanding our Lean journey and looking for talent candidates to help support us through this process.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead lean methodology implementation into the Wear Product lines.
Value Stream Owner: Establish Current State Value Stream Maps and develop Future state based on strategic business objectives with key wear personnel.
Own and lead Future state action plan realization.
Identify and lead improvement effort to achieve 2% Cost of Goods Sold reduction.
Analytical Monitoring of process improvements for sustainment; immediate corrective actions as needed.
Create and/or revise all associated documentation associate with the process in accordance with ISO9001:2015
5S Champion
Teach lean methodologies and techniques.
Required Skills
5-7 years working experience in Quality Management System / ISO
5-7 years working experience Lean / Six Sigma or other RCCA methodology recognized in the industry
3-5 years working experience with Supplier improvement interactions
Bachelor degree (ME, EE, IT, MS, CE) or equivalent military experience
Lean certified through industry recognized society
Six Sigma certified through industry recognized society
ASQ certification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
