Administrative Support Coordinator | Export / Purchasing / Logistics

Major global electronics industry firm is seeking a qualified Administrative Support Coordinator for their South West Houston, TX office (near the Energy Corridor).
This position will be responsible for customer service, administrative support, order processing, etc.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent level of experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience (office environment)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to create and update schedule spreadsheets
- Ability to coordinate shipping, purchasing, logistics
- Familiarity with SAP Software Systems is a plus
- Familiarity with Export operations / logistics is a plus
This is a direct hire, full time position with a competitive salary (up to $50,000/year) along with comprehensive benefits including 401k, medical, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
