Our Stafford, TX Client is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist on a contract to potential hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Order supplies for office and equipment
Handle shipping and expediting for supplies and material being ordered
Prepare several reports through excel including expense reports
Manage calendars through Outlook
Schedule meetings and conferences for management and team
Update and maintain CRM database
Heavy data entry
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding meetings, orders, etc
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a related role
Must be advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data entry skills
Manufacturing or Engineering industry experience is preferred
CRM experience is preferred, not required
MUST be willing to learn new systems and databases
Excellent communication and Self-motivation is required
MUST have a high attention to detail
