POSsible POS
This position is responsible for generating a strategy to capitalize on new market opportunities. The main duties are to increase and implement direct and indirect sales channels, and develop partnerships with credit card processing ISOs to resell POS Systems. Some travel required.

Primary Responsibilities
Reseller Channel Development:
Originate and maintain relationships with current and potential Reseller types
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and processes that drive higher levels of growth through market penetration and channel growth
Develop and manage multi-level relationships with key retail and other channel organizations. Develop and manage relationships across the alliance
Recruitment of new Value Added Resellers to resell Point of Sale Products
Key Account Management - proactive and regular communication with top accounts
Recognize and attain new and ongoing business relationships in new market verticals
Analyze, recommend, and develop strategies to penetrate alternative geographic and industry vertical markets
Attend networking events and trade shows in select markets

Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic alliances and/or business development with POS Systems
Must be an excellent presenter, both face to face and over the phone
Proven experience in launching new solutions to market, preferably with channel partner
Exceptional attention to detail
Must enjoy working with people and technology
Outstanding organizational skills
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Above average analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Work well independently and under supervision
Self-starter - proactive work ethic
Demonstrate excellent attendance. Punctuality and dependability is a must.
Maintains a collaborative, team relationship with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the group's achievement of goals and to help foster a positive work environment

Education / Experience
College degree required
3-5 year experience in a Technology Sales position expected
Excel, CRM, and Quoting software experience required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
