Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and families in a friendly and professional manner - Coordinate and schedule appointments using Open Dental - Handle inquiries, billing and insurance claims.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist dental team during procedures.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Famiiar with open dental - Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- High school degree - Front desk experience in dental clinic :
