Data entry, collaborating between various departments to answer customer inquiries.
Investigate, and resolve customer shipment issues, perform point of sale data entry and troubleshooting, clerical and administrative duties.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related field, basic-intermediate knowledge of MS Suite programs to include excel formulas/functions (charts, pivot tables, X/V lookup), good written and verbal communication skills, basic math skills.
