00pm SUMMARY Receives, stores, packs and distributes material, and products by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Reads sales orders, to determine items to be picked, packed and/or shipped.
Conveys materials and items from receiving to storage racks or to other designated areas.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product.
Pulls material from sales orders or requests for materials or other stock items and distributes items to converting operations.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station for shipping.
May be required to mark materials with identifying information, bar codes, scans bar codes and records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Weighs, measures and/or counts materials to ensure conformance to company quality standards.
Uses proper packaging techniques and follows established methods for protecting products during shipping as noted in quality work instructions.
May be required to use computer or bar code scanner to enter records, track material and control inventory.
Compiles worksheets, inspection records, and certificates of conformance or other required information per customer specifications.
Drives forklift to transport material.
Responsible for general warehouse housekeeping and safe work habits.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to measure material using devices such as calipers and tape measure.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must have a valid Forklift License.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
