employees is seeking a Senior Benefits Administrator / Benefits Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
The Senior Benefits Administrator / Benefits Supervisor will deliver world-class employee benefit programs across multiple markets, including retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, life, and disability.
The Senior Benefits Administrator will be responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs.
You will bring a high level of service to the companies employees.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and processing of employee benefit records through the online benefits enrollment system to include auditing of weekly reports, verifying keyed data, testing configuration changes, and auditing enrollment data of third-party vendors.
Administer benefits program including; medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, health spending accounts, health savings accounts, pre-tax transportation, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary plans, retirement plans, companywide employee wellbeing, employee advocacy, emergency back-up care, leave of absence, and worker's compensation.
Assist HR Manager in designing, recommending, and implementing new benefit programs and vendors that present the best value to the company.
Analyze the companies benefits by evaluating employee use, services, coverage, cost, and competitiveness.
Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
Project and team management/leadership skills and experience.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlinesWork with our consultant on benefit planning and vendor management.
Prepare benefits reports of data results and findings for senior leadership and our benefits committee.
Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory changes, trends, and other developments that may affect our benefit plans.
Coordinate all benefit inquires and respond to employee's questions/issues in a timely manner, providing monthly reporting on issues and solutionsManage all leave of absence (LOA) inquires and coordinate with our LOA vendor on process, claims management, and reportingAssist in planning and coordinating annual enrollment including system configuration, system testing, meeting coordination, and working with our communication consultant on employer communication materials.
Process vendor invoices as required.
Coordinate and reconcile monthly premium billings.
Review, update, and track employee changes to ensure employee records reflect the most current set up.
Prepare accounting breakdowns and ensure benefit charges are current and accurate.
Process and submit check requests in payment of vendor invoices.
Reconcile VEBA account, transferring funds when appropriate.
Responsible for reconciling all employee benefit payroll deductions with monthly invoices and reporting discrepancies and corrections to the Payroll Department in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
College degree highly preferred; Certifications such as CBP/CEBS are also preferred.
Minimum of four years of Benefits Administration experience within a 7 00 person or larger company.
Demonstrated ability in the use of HRIS systems and office technology.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Must possess the ability to communicate complex benefit concepts and respond to benefit queries/issues from employees, demonstrating confidentiality, resourcefulness, and a customer service focus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
