Assist in facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilitiesAssist in implementation of physical therapy care plansAssist with coordination of care with entire care teamEducating patients and family membersPreparing timely, complete and accurate clinical notesCommunicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members
Qualifications:
