Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing - Handle inside sales
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Customer service-oriented mindset This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent administrative support.
