Job Overview:
Inaka Power is seeking a skilled and seasoned Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a multitasking professional capable of handling various responsibilities, including basic HR duties, bookkeeping tasks, administrative functions, and personal tasks for company owners.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Facilitate employee relations and communication.
Bookkeeping:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Collaborate with the finance team to maintain financial records.
Prepare reports and summaries for review by company leadership.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Coordinate meetings and events, both internally and externally.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Personal Tasks:
Assist company owners with personal tasks and responsibilities.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage schedules.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of the fashion or e-commerce industry.
Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
