Modern office setting Growth opportunities Casual work attire Flexible working hours The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will implement treatment, evaluate client progress towards treatment goals, monitor treatment integrity and adjust treatment protocols based on data.
In addition, each BCBA is responsible for developing ABA treatment programs for clients.
You will manage a caseload of pediatric clients with various needs using professional, client-centered principles to assess, plan, and implement behavior therapy treatments and interventions.
QUALIFICATIONS Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis Currently certified by the BACB as a BCBA Minimum of two years' experience as a BCBA preferred Job Duties:
Conduct assessments Implement and manage client treatment Evaluate client progress towards treatment goals Monitor treatment integrity and adjust treatment protocols based on data Collect and Analyze Data Collaborate with the MedCare/Rise team to ensure quality care Train and supervise BT/RBTs BENEFITS OFFERED:
