As a Call Center Representative for our oil field equipment supply company, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and facilitating order processing.
Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiries:
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about the company's range of oil field equipment, products, and services.
Address inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and order status.
Order Processing:
Assist customers in placing orders and ensuring accurate entry of order details into the system.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate timely order fulfillment.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues related to orders, deliveries, and product performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
Proficient data entry skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with diplomacy.
Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
